F.E.R.N. NEIPA

Le Crème Cream Ale

Le Crème Cream Ale

The New England Style IPA or sometimes called “Hazy IPA” has become incredibly popular over the past five to ten years. Our “Fermented Extraction of Resinous Nectar” NEIPA is inspired by lush greenery; think ferns and spruce trees. Brewed with a luscious blend of Citra and Strata hops, it bursts with candied fruit flavors like peach rings and fruity pebbles.

7.5% ABV | JUICY | RESIN | GUMMY CANDY

16oz: $7.00

Le Crème Cream Ale

Le Crème Cream Ale

Le Crème Cream Ale

Not made with cream, just to clear that up. Crisp, thirst quenching and uniquely American, this beer has a slightly heavier malt profile and more pronounced hop character than its German cousin Kölsch. Pacific Northwest Tahoma hops round out this delicious, approachable brew.

4.5% ABV | CITRUS | FLORAL PINE | CRISP

6oz: $3.00 | 16oz: $7.00 | 1L: $10.00

Springside Saison

Le Crème Cream Ale

Springside Saison

Stone fruit and subtle lemon citrus, peppercorn, and fresh-cut hay are the dominant flavors of this beer thanks to the saison yeast. We specifically use Southern-Hemisphere hops to add a big whiff of tropical aroma when you take a sip.

6% ABV | SAISON FUNK | TROPICAL FRUIT | EARTHY

16oz: $7.00

Watchman Alt

Day Spray Hefeweizen

Springside Saison

Named for Mike Mowrey, a Chambersburg native who spent over a decade playing third base in the majors before coming home to farm, work as a night watchman at Wilson College and during World War II work at the Letterkenny Ordnance Depot. Rooted in the land, steady in the shadows, just like this altbier. It’s a traditional German-style brew with notes of toasted bread and biscuit, a touch of honeyed malt, and a clean balanced bitterness that keeps it honest.

4.5% ABV | MALT | HONEY | BREAD

6oz: $3.00 | 16oz: $7.00 | 1L: $10.00

Sir Howe Pub Ale

Day Spray Hefeweizen

Day Spray Hefeweizen

A proper pint, fit for a knight. This golden English-style bitter is brewed with caramel and crystal malts, earthy Goldings hops, and a fruity English ale yeast that gives it just the right touch of character. Light, crisp, and endlessly sessionable, Sir Howe honors traditional pub ale roots—an ode to the family name and to beers meant for more than just one round.

3.6% ABV | CRISP | SLIGHT HOP | SESSION

16oz: $7.00

Day Spray Hefeweizen

Day Spray Hefeweizen

Day Spray Hefeweizen

Brewed using a tedious multi-step mash and utilizes “open-fermentation”, a traditional German method. This beer is perfect for enjoying at any time of the year - pool-side in the summer or wrapped-up and cozy during the winter. Notes of ripe banana and an undertone of “Big League Chew” gum.

5.3% ABV | HAY | LIGHT | BANANA

20oz: $9.00

Crux Helles Lager

Bahnhof Märzen Lager

Bahnhof Märzen Lager

The heart of Bavarian beer culture, in a glass. Crux is our take on the classic Helles lager—bright, smooth, and malt-forward with a whisper of floral hops from Saphir. Crystal clear and endlessly sessionable, this is the brew for when you just want a really good beer. Think German precision with American drinkability.

4.8% ABV | CRISP | CLEAR | GOLDEN DELICIOUSNESS

Bahnhof Märzen Lager

Bahnhof Märzen Lager

Bahnhof Märzen Lager

All aboard for toasty, caramely goodness. This golden-amber Märzen is brewed true to German tradition—smooth, crisp, and full of sweet toasted bread vibes. Named for the train stations where Oktoberfest journeys begin, it’s best enjoyed in a big ol’ stein (bonus points for looking cool while you drink it).

6% ABV | CARAMEL | TOAST | MALT

Mauna Kea Sour Ale

Bahnhof Märzen Lager

Mauna Kea Sour Ale

Say aloha to the hawaiian flavors of pineapple and hibiscus with every sip of this tribute to the majestic "White Mountain" of Hawaii. A few organic hibiscus flowers balance the sweet and sour flavors but toss a drink umbrella in here for a one way ticket to the Big Island.

4.5% ABV | TANGY | BLUSH | HIBISCUS

6oz: $3.00 | 16oz: $6.00

Peter Hoppin' Pale

Volksweiss Dunkelweizen

Mauna Kea Sour Ale

Hoppin’ down the rail trail, this pale ale is light on its feet but big on flavor. Brewed with Mosaic and Galaxy hops, it bursts with juicy notes of overripe blueberries and strawberries—like a spring picnic in a glass. It’s a sessionable sipper fit for long, lazy afternoons and harebrained adventures. No need to burrow into a full-strength IPA—Peter’s got your back.

5% ABV | LIGHT HOP | FRUITY | CRISP

Volksweiss Dunkelweizen

Volksweiss Dunkelweizen

Volksweiss Dunkelweizen

This dark beauty is a celebration of dark Munich malt combined with Hallertau Mittelfruh hops to create a light but hearty fall favorite. Volksweiss (“people’s wheat”) stays true to its Bavarian roots. Cloudy, brown, and bursting with smooth banana and spice notes, it’s light enough to sip again and again.

7.2% ABV | DARK MALT | BANANA BREAD | TOASTY

20oz: $9.00

Punk'n Monk Pumpkin Ale

Volksweiss Dunkelweizen

Volksweiss Dunkelweizen

This deep amber Belgian ale blends centuries-old monastic tradition with a dash of punk-rock mischief—and over 100 pounds of real pumpkin. Conditioned on vanilla and cinnamon sticks until it tastes like pie crust in a pint, Punk’n Monk skips the cloying spice and leans into smooth, toasty, fall comfort. The monks might disapprove. We’re okay with that.

4.8% ABV | CINNAMON | PIE CRUST | VANILLA

16oz: $7.00
